Due to the current demand placed on Australia Post delivery services, Australia Post have advised that some parcels MAY not reach their destination prior to the 25th December 2020. (However, if not, they will still be delivered shortly after)
Any orders received by Hamper Creations will be subject to the same advice. Delivery times are now inconsistent and all delivery requests are subject to the above advice.
To give your hampers the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas you have to get cracking and place the order now. The earlier you place your order, the more likely the order will be delivered before Christmas.

All of our hampers come stylishly packaged and presented with your personalised message.
Q: When will our hamper be delivered?
We aim to deliver each order on or before the delivery date selected by the customer. Although Hamper Creations endeavor to meet specified dates, often delivering orders well before the estimated delivery date, we cannot guarantee against shipping delays.
All gift packages are delivered between 9.00am-5.00pm, Monday – Friday, with the exception of public holidays.
There will be no deliveries made on any public holiday throughout Australia.
Hamper Creations does not provide an estimated time of arrival.
Q: Who delivers our hamper?
Hamper Creations orders are delivered by Australia Post or a third party courier service.
Hamper Creations accepts no responsibility for any delay associated with Australia Post or the third party courier service.
In the event that the recipient is not available to accept delivery of the gift hamper, or there is no safe drop off point, Australia Post or the third party courier service will leave a missed delivery card detailing where the goods can be collected from.
Q: What happens if my hamper arrived damaged?
If there is any damage to the goods or a delay in delivery caused by Australia Post or the third party courier service, Hamper Creations are happy to assist in resolving these issues. Please contact the sales team at Hamper Creations.

Q: Do you deliver to addresses outside Australia?
Hamper Creations does not deliver to addresses outside Australia. We can take orders FROM people outside Australia but the orders can only be delivered TO locations within Australia.
