Delivery Costs

Due to the variety of delivery options available, costs are quoted on receipt of an order being placed.

After receiving your order, we will confirm by email the "exact delivery cost" to you based on the order options and destination.

Orders are processed when we receive your acceptance.

Q. Do you deliver overseas?

No. Orders are delivered to only to the Australian mainland and Tasmania.

Q. What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with products purchased, just contact us within 21 days to arrange for its return. Depending on the circumstances for the return, we'll be happy to exchange it for another item or credit your charge card for the original purchase price once the items are returned in saleable condition. If the product is returned due to personal preference, rather than a product defect or delivery issue, the original purchase price will be credited minus freight and shipping charges.
